When contacting us please include as much technical and/or general information as possible, including (but not limited to):

  - Memory requirements
  - System type desired (e.g., 4U rack mount, panel PC, wall mount, embedded, etc.)
  - Mass Storage requirements (e.g., capacity, solid state or HDD)
  - I/O requirements (e.g., USB, serial, digital/analog I/O)
  - Mechanical constraints (e.g., size, weight, vibration)
  - Environmental constraints (e.g. temperature, power, airflow issues)
  - Special considerations (e.g., specialized boards, agency approvals, “custom” connections)
