In many industrial applications, off-the-shelf systems just aren't enough and if custom, non-standard devices or expansion cards are required, they may not even be usable at all. That is where we come in. If your application requires a high degree of customization, call us.

Service fees and rates: Custom System Design and Integration

- In the vast majority of cases, we take care of the design and development of a custom system for your business, communicating with you every step of the way. When our design meets your approval we will quote a price for the system just as any other system we build.

- Remote control and data transmission options are also available. In cases where these services are required, fees for labor will be discussed on a case by case basis. TA2 generally retains all copyrights on any custom software, however exceptions and provisions are negotiable.

Image Creation and Deployment

Our team uses a robust set of industry standard imaging tools to create and deploy images to systems in a streamlined, efficient and cost effective manner. We work closely with our clients to configure source systems and provide backup media for re-imaging in the field in case of hardware failure.

Our imaging services are perfect for businesses that don't have the staff or facilities for mass image deployment. We keep an archive of customer images and have a very flexible policy on image modifications and configurations changes. Provisions for multiple hardware versions are also possible.

Service fees and rates: Image Creation and Deployment

- In cases where imaging is employed as part of a custom designed system, fees for creation and deployment as well any required licenses will generally be included in the price of the finished system. In cases where TA2 is responsible only for image creation and deployment, fees are assessed based on the amount of time to prepare and create the image (one time fee) and time for deployment taking into account the number of systems to be imaged.

Data Recovery and Virus Removal

In the event of a hard drive crash or malware attack, it can seem daunting and tedious to recover lost data, especially if your business doesn't specialize in IT. Our knowledgeable and experienced staff are always willing to go the extra mile to get you up and running again as quickly as possible after a hardware failure or virus compromises your system.

We understand how vital a fully functioning system is to a smoothly running business. As such, we usually place these types of services in as high a priority as possible. After we get you up and running again, we always offer free consultation on how to prevent future downtime.

Service fees and rates: Data Recovery and Virus Removal

- A minimum bench fee of $55.00 is charged on all work done in-house. This fee includes a diagnostic assessment of your computer's condition, a free compressed air cleaning of the case interior and one hour of service time. In many cases, this minimum fee is all we charge as the vast majority of problems can be fixed in about an hour in our shop.

- Any work done past the first hour is billed at a rate of $40.00 per hour, rounded up to the nearest half-hour. As an added benefit, in house work is only billed for hands-on time, so you're not paying hourly for our technicians to watch an installation progress bar crawl across the screen. This helps keep costs low for our customers while maximizing our efficiency.

- In an effort to support the local community and local small businesses, we offer our Data Recovery and Virus Removal services to local area residents and small businesses on a walk in basis, time permitting.
